◦ PBT-taker must get into the test room 40 minutes earlier before the test time。
◦ CBT-taker must get into the test room 30 minutes earlier before the test time。
◦ Any test-taker shall not be admitted to the test room after the time mentioned above。
■ Materials prepared for the test date
◦ PBT & CBT: 1.Official ID Card 2. Application slip 3. Pencil or sign pen for computer 4.Eraser
◦ Examples of official ID Card are Passport, Certificate of alien registration, Korean ID card
◦ Your application slip can be printed only for the period of application-slip printing.
■ How to mark the OMR answer sheet
◦ The OMR answer sheet for PBT must be marked clearly and completely in order not to be misread by computer.
◦ Test-taker shall be responsible for the marking error of the OMR answer sheet.
◦ The marked answer of the OMR sheet can be corrected with a correction tape.
◦ Two-marks at the same number of the OMR sheet shall be an incorrect answer.
◦ Answers of CBT are automatically saved by clicking the answer of the test screen of computer.
■ Cheating-penalty regulations
◦ Any kind of cheating is prohibited in KLAT test.
◦ Any cheater shall be prohibited from sitting for KLAT for up to 3 years and its answer sheet shall be invalid according to The cheating-penalty regulations of KLAT.
◦ The following persons are subject to the cheating-penalty regulations of KLAT.
- Any holder of any kinds of electronic appliances such as mobile phone, camera, watch, earphones, etc. after the start of the test shall be a cheater.
- Any holder of any kinds of unnecessary things such as books, sheets, pencil case, etc. on its desk after the start of the test shall be a cheater.
- Any person who ignores the reasonable direction or warning of the proctor or employee of KLAT shall be a cheater.
- Any person who is suspected of cheating after the passing of the test date. (Post-cheating penalty regulations)
■ Test-fee refund policy
◦ The refund policy on KLAT test fee is as follows;
- Postponing the test date is not permitted.
- The test-fee will be refunded 100 % if cancelled until the application deadline.
- The test-fee will be refunded 50 % if cancelled until 7 days after the application deadline.
- No refund if 7 days elapse after the application deadline.
■ Valid duration of KLAT score report
◦ The KLAT score report is valid for 30 months after the test date.
◦ The KLAT score will not be confirmed after the valid duration and the score report cannot be reissued.
